The Role

We're hiring a Performance Marketer to own paid acquisition for our D2C website (edify.club). You will be the second marketing hire and report directly to the CEO.

What You'll Do

• Own and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Pmax, Shopping), Meta (Facebook + Instagram), and YouTube
• - Drive D2C website revenue with measurable ROAS, CPA, and revenue targets
• - Set up and maintain conversion tracking, GA4 events, GTM, server-side tracking, and Google Ads conversion actions
• - A/B test landing pages, ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
• - Build dashboards in GA4 and Looker Studio to track funnel performance
• - Work with the brand team on creative briefs and Ravi Bishnoi (brand ambassador) campaign assets
• - Collaborate with SEO and content teams to align paid + organic strategy

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally in D2C ecommerce
• - Strong track record on Google Ads + Meta with proven ROAS improvements
• - Deep understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, attribution
• - Comfort with data: SQL or spreadsheets, dashboard building, cohort analysis
• - Bias for experimentation and rapid iteration
• - Bonus: experience with Klaviyo, retargeting, programmatic, or marketplace ads
