SEO, Content and Email Outreach Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Content & Outreach Intern to help build and scale our content-driven growth engine. This role combines SEO, social media, and cold outreach to generate awareness, engagement, and qualified leads for our AI Agent-led workflow automation platform. You will not just “create content”, you will help design content pipelines and distribution systems that directly impact growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content & SEO Execution

1. Create high-quality blog posts, landing page content, and use-case articles
2. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
3. Optimize content for SEO (on-page, structure, internal linking)
4. Support programmatic and AI-assisted content generation workflows

Social Media & Distribution

1. Create and schedule LinkedIn posts and short-form content
2. Repurpose long-form content into multi-channel formats (posts, carousels, snippets)
3. Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance
4. Experiment with content hooks, formats, and positioning

Cold Email & Outreach

1. Assist in building and executing cold email campaigns
2. Write and test personalized email sequences
3. Support LinkedIn outreach and prospect engagement
4. Maintain lead lists and basic outreach tracking

Growth Systems & Experimentation

1. Help set up and optimize content → lead funnels
2. Work with tools for automation, scheduling, and analytics
3. Run small experiments on content performance and outreach conversion
4. Document learnings and iterate quickly

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong writing and communication skills (clear, concise, structured)
2. Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
3. Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional content formats
4. Interest in B2B SaaS, AI, and automation
5. High ownership mindset and willingness to experiment

Good to Have

1. Understanding of how to rank better with SEO strategies
2. Experience with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
3. Basic understanding of cold emailing tools and outreach workflows
4. Familiarity with Notion, Google Docs, or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
5. Understanding of analytics (CTR, open rates, engagement metrics)
