We specialize in Generative AI, Computer Vision, and high-performance web applications using modern stacks like FastAPI. We are a lean, engineering-heavy team where every hire has a massive impact. We’re looking for a People Ops Lead who can help us scale from a core team to a powerhouse while maintaining our culture of technical excellence.

The Role

As our first dedicated HR hire, you won't just be "filling roles." You will be building the engine that powers our growth. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle—from hunting for top-tier AI engineers to building a culture that makes them want to stay.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting: Source, screen, and interview high-caliber engineers (Python, FastAPI, AI/ML). You’ll need to speak the language of developers to get them excited about our roadmap.

Onboarding & Experience: Design a "day zero" onboarding process that gets new hires productive and integrated into our stack immediately.

Culture & Engagement: Keep the "startup pulse" alive. Organize team-building for a technical audience and ensure our values of transparency and innovation are felt daily.

HR Infrastructure: Implement lean HRIS tools, manage payroll, and create simple, non-bureaucratic policies that don't slow us down.

Compliance & Admin: Ensure we are 100% compliant with Indian labor laws and handle essential documentation for a growing private limited company.

Who You Are

The Tech-Savy HR: You know the difference between Java and JavaScript, and you understand why we use FastAPI over legacy frameworks.

The Startup Generalist: You are comfortable with ambiguity. One day you’re negotiating a senior hire’s salary; the next, you’re picking out the best health insurance for the team.

The Networker: You have a pulse on the Hyderabad tech scene and know where the best AI talent hangs out (Discord, GitHub, local meetups).

The Efficient Operator: You prefer automation over manual spreadsheets. You look for ways to use AI tools to make HR tasks faster.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years of HR/Recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-growing tech startup or an AI-focused product company.
• Education: Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred, but we value experience and "hustle" more).
• Skills: Exceptional communication, proficiency with modern HR tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, AngelList/Wellfound), and a basic understanding of AI concepts.
