How Compensation Works (Read This Carefully)

This role starts performance-based, then transitions into a stable + high-upside position:

Phase 1: Training + First Deal

Commission-only during onboarding and ramp-up
You’ll receive training, scripts, and support
Most reps who follow the process close their first deal during this phase

Phase 2: After First Deal Closes

Transition to $50,000 base salary
Plus commission on every deal
Commissions paid weekly

On-Target Earnings:

Average performers: $70K–$120K/year
Strong performers: $120K–$180K/year
Top performers: $200K–$250K+

What You’ll Be Selling
Cinematic ad packages (starting ~$2,000+)
AI-powered video production for businesses
Custom storytelling campaigns that stand out in crowded markets

This is a premium, differentiated product—not a commodity service.

What You’ll Do
Prospect and reach out to business owners (DM, email, calls)
Qualify leads and identify real opportunities
Run conversations and close deals
Work directly with the founder and team on strategy
