Founding Full Stack Engineer (Equity) — Skysirv™

Skysirv is building an AI-native travel platform centered around Lucy, your AI Travel Companion.

We're creating a connected travel ecosystem spanning AI-powered trip planning, flight search and booking, realtime aviation intelligence, route and price monitoring, saved flights, trips, alerts, and eventually hotels, rental cars, cruises, rail, mobile, and wearables.

We're looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer to work directly with the founder and help build, scale, and evolve the Skysirv platform.

What You'll Work On:

You'll work across the product stack, helping turn new ideas into polished, production-ready experiences, including:

• Building and evolving the Skysirv web platform and Lucy workspace.

• Developing responsive, high-quality user interfaces and product experiences.

• Building backend APIs, services, and database architecture.

• Integrating Lucy's AI capabilities into Skysirv products and workflows.

• Building flight search, booking, trip management, watchlist, and saved-flight experiences.

• Integrating realtime aviation, airport, weather, pricing, and travel data.

• Connecting third-party travel and booking APIs.

• Developing account, subscription, authentication, and entitlement systems.

• Building realtime and event-driven product features.

• Improving performance, reliability, security, and scalability.

• Helping expand Skysirv across desktop, mobile, and wearable experiences.

You'll work closely with our AI development as Lucy becomes the primary conversational interface into the wider Skysirv ecosystem.

• React / Next.js / TypeScript
• Node.js / Fastify
• PostgreSQL / Kysely
• Redis / BullMQ
• Railway / Vercel
• REST APIs and realtime services
• Stripe
• OpenAI APIs and realtime AI
• Travel APIs including Duffel, Cirium, FAA data, weather services, and additional providers.

Experience with every technology isn't required. We're more interested in engineers who can learn quickly and comfortably work across different parts of a production system.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone with strong experience in areas such as:

• Modern React and TypeScript
• Next.js
• Node.js backend development
• API design and third-party integrations
• PostgreSQL and relational data modeling
• Authentication and authorization
• Cloud deployment and production infrastructure
• Responsive UI/UX implementation
• Realtime or event-driven systems
• AI-powered product development

Experience with travel technology, booking systems, aviation data, or AI products is a plus, but not required.

Why Skysirv:

This is an early-stage founding role with significant ownership and influence over both the product and technical architecture.

You won't simply be implementing tickets. You'll work directly with the founder to solve product and engineering problems, prototype new capabilities, make architectural decisions, and ship features that become part of the core Skysirv experience.

We're building toward a future where Lucy becomes the intelligent interface connecting the traveler to the entire Skysirv travel ecosystem.
