The Role

You will design user experiences across a platform that serves both enterprise users and consumers. The role requires strong thinking around usability, workflows, and simplifying complex systems into intuitive interfaces.

What You’ll Do
• Design end-to-end user experiences for web applications
• Create intuitive flows for complex, data-driven processes
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system
• Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to bring designs to life
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all interfaces
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience

Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in product design (B2B or consumer applications)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflows and system design
• Expertise in modern design tools (e.g., Figma or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
• Ability to translate business requirements into user-centric designs

• Experience in fintech, lending, or enterprise SaaS
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
• Experience designing AI-assisted or conversational interfaces
