Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will support the implementation of strategic HR initiatives and work closely with department leaders to help manage and resolve employee relations issues. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively balance employee needs with business objectives to promote an inclusive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies that align with and support our business goals.
• Work closely with our global team, acting as a trusted business partner to ensure seamless end-to-end operations and engagement.
• Manage employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to legal and company standards.
• Participate in the recruitment process as needed, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires for specialised internal roles.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of impactful training programs that enhance employee skills and growth.
• Help manage performance review processes and employee development plans, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Analyse HR metrics such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Work with the goal team to enhance employee engagement and streamline the onboarding process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an PeopleOperations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
