Verseodin is an AI visibility and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) analytics platform — we help brands understand and improve how they appear in AI-generated answers on ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. This isn't a big-company job. You'll have real ownership, real visibility, and the chance to build something from scratch.

The Role
We're looking for a sharp, hungry Social Media Manager to own our presence on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Reddit — and grow it aggressively. You'll be posting daily, engaging with communities, writing threads, and building traction for a brand that's genuinely doing something new in the world.
If you're someone who lives on the internet, understands how content spreads, and wants to grow with a startup that's building at the edge of AI and marketing — this is for you.

What You'll Do

Post daily across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Reddit — original content, not reposts being in the Niche
Write and schedule LinkedIn posts that build Verseodin's thought leadership in AI search and GEO
Craft Twitter/X threads that simplify complex ideas and drive engagement
Engage in Reddit communities (SEO, marketing, startups, AI) — replies, discussions, value-first posting
Reply to comments, DMs, and mentions to build real conversations — not just broadcast
Work closely with the founder to translate ideas, data, and insights into content
Track what's working — growth metrics, engagement, reach — and double down on it
Stay on top of trends in AI, SEO, GEO, and marketing to spot content opportunities in real time

What We're Looking For

Young, curious, and genuinely online — you understand what makes content work on each platform
Strong writing skills — you can be punchy, clear, and human at the same time
Comfortable with LinkedIn and Twitter natively — you've seen what good looks like
Basic understanding of Reddit culture — knows how to add value without getting banned
Hunger to learn — GEO and AI search are new spaces, you'll need to absorb fast
Bangalore-based preferred — we'd love someone who can come in and work alongside the team
No ego about starting from zero and building something

Bonus Points

You've grown a personal or brand account before (show us)
You follow tech, AI, or marketing creators and have strong opinions on what works
You've written threads, long-form posts, or community replies that got real engagement
Basic Canva or design skills for post visuals
