About The Role

Are you a hands-on project leader who thrives on driving execution, managing teams, and delivering high-quality electrical infrastructure projects? We’re looking for an Electrical Project Manager to lead multiple projects from kickoff through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction at every stage.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with field leadership—including Superintendents, Foremen, and Lead Technicians—to plan work, manage resources, and keep projects on track. You’ll serve as the central point of accountability, balancing schedule, budget, workforce planning, and client communication while maintaining a strong focus on safety and performance.

If you take ownership, lead with urgency, and know how to turn plans into results, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do – Lead Execution. Deliver Results.

  • Own and manage multiple electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Develop and execute project plans aligned with the principle: plan the work, work the plan.
  • Coordinate material procurement, equipment delivery, and workforce planning to support project schedules.
  • Set and track project goals related to production, efficiency, and scope execution.
  • Maintain accountability for schedule, budget, and overall project performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and consistent project updates.
  • Identify and manage project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
  • Lead projects using LEAN construction principles to drive efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Conduct pre-construction walks, safety walks, and ongoing site evaluations.
  • Create and manage key project documentation, including:
  • RFIs
  • Change Orders
  • Task Trackers
  • Workforce forecasts
  • Monthly WIP reports
  • Collaborate with field teams to plan pathways, spaces, bonding, grounding, and firestopping requirements.
  • Partner with Safety and QA/QC teams to address field issues, training needs, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all work is executed in alignment with company standards, safety protocols, and client expectations.

What You Bring

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive accountability in the field.
  • Proven ability to make decisions and solve problems in fast-paced construction environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients, field teams, and leadership.
  • High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, workforce planning, and material tracking.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, demonstrate urgency, and maintain performance under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic mobile technology tools.
  • Commitment to safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical construction project management.
  • Background in industrial, transportation, or infrastructure electrical projects preferred.

Education & Certifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • OSHA 30 certification required.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Active construction environment with regular standing, walking, climbing, and field engagement.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent use of hands, tools, and equipment; ability to bend, kneel, and climb as needed.
  • Some travel may be required based on project needs.

Make an Impact With Us

If you’re a driven, field-focused leader who takes pride in delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest standards, we’d love to connect. Join us and play a key role in powering critical infrastructure projects from start to finish.
