What You’ll Do:
- Lead commercial HVAC projects from start to finish
- Manage schedules, budgets, and change orders
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients
- Ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and up to standard What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (required)
- 1–3+ years of relevant experience (internships, co-ops, or full-time)
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems
- Ability to read plans and think critically on job sites
- Self-starter who can manage responsibilities with minimal oversight
