Role Description
We are seeking a Field Application Engineer for a full-time hybrid role based in Sunnyvale, CA, The Field Application Engineer will work closely with customers to support the deployment and use of Real Intent’s Best-In-Class products. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support, conducting product demonstrations, troubleshooting customer issues, and collaborating with the sales team to present solutions that address client needs. Additionally, the engineer will assist in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive customer success and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Background in ASIC Design and/or Verification
- Strong interpersonal and customer facing skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a Computer Engineering
- Experience in EDA tools, CDC verification, RDC verification or other static tools is a strong advantage
- Experience in Field Applications and Technical Support, especially in delivering product demonstrations and troubleshooting technical issues is a plus
