Remote Outreach & Appointment Setting Partner (Commission-Based)

We’re looking for a reliable remote outreach partner to help us identify and contact potential business clients for Alcane Development.

This is a performance-based contract role focused on outreach, follow-ups, and appointment setting. You will not be expected to handle final contract negotiations or legal closing. The main goal is to build pipeline, start conversations, qualify initial interest, and set appointments.

Alcane Development is an early-stage digital visibility business focused on SEO, technical optimization, search engine marketing, and structured website analysis. We identify businesses with clear digital weaknesses, analyze their websites, and approach them with structured insights and reports showing concrete improvement potential.

What you’ll do:

research and identify businesses with optimization potential
reach out via email, LinkedIn, and other approved channels
start conversations and handle follow-ups
qualify initial interest
set appointments for founder-led or internal sales calls
document introduced leads clearly

What we’re looking for:

strong written communication skills
comfort with direct outreach and follow-up communication
reliable and self-managed work style
ability to work independently without fixed working hours
outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, or communication experience is a plus

Compensation:
This role is 100% performance-based.

20% on Starter package deals
20% on Professional package deals
25% on Enterprise package deals
additional 5% in month 2 and 5% in month 3 for retained clients
