Job Title: Tech Lead - AI

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead - AI to lead our development team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our technology architecture, overseeing the development process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solution. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping our AI strategy and driving innovation in our product.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the R&D of our product roadmap, including proof of concepts (PoC) and development strategy for the development team
Design and implement technology architecture, ensuring scalability, security and enterprise readyness.
Conduct code reviews, manage development timelines, and collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth deployments
Develop and maintain DevOps processes, including environment staging and production, release notes, and security and compliance protocols
Design data schema and API structures to support AI applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements

Required Skills/Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an AI or related domain
Strong technical expertise in AI, machine learning, deep learning and prompt engineering
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and MERN stack
Experience with DevOps tools, including containerization, orchestration, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms and ML models
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar domain, such as natural language processing, computer vision, or AI application
Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms, such as Google Cloud AI Platform, or Azure Machine Learning
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members
