Full Stack Developer – Node.js | React | AWS | Python/ML

About the Role
We are building Amara, our AI-powered Digital Chief People Officer (CPO), and are looking for a Senior developer to drive its development and innovation. The role requires strong technical expertise in LLMs, NLP, Conversational AI, and full-stack development, along with leadership skills to guide a growing development team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development of Amara modules and features.

Architect and implement solutions using LLMs, NLP, and Conversational AI frameworks.

Work hands-on with MERN stack and Python for scalable application development.

Design and optimize prompt engineering workflows.

Integrate conversational models with Google Dialogflow or Vertex AI.

Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance of deployed systems.

Guide and mentor developers, ensuring timely project delivery.

Oversee technical documentation, version control, and agile task management.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and client-facing teams.

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise:

LLMs (Large Language Models) and NLP pipelines

Conversational AI development

MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)

Python (fast APIs, integrations, data processing)

Prompt engineering and fine-tuning models

Google Dialogflow CX / Vertex AI conversational platforms

Team Skills:

Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience

Relevant 2+ years in Conversational AI / NLP / LLM projects

Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp)

Comfortable working in a remote-first environment

Strong problem-solving ability, coding practices, and collaborative mindset.
