Role Overview

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving outbound sales efforts for Short List AI. You will be responsible for researching target companies, identifying decision-makers, building prospect lists, and executing outreach through email and phone calls.

You will also help manage and optimize outreach workflows using modern sales tools.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable speaking with prospects, and experienced in B2B lead generation for tech or SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients that fit our target market
  
• Build targeted prospect lists using tools such as Clay and Apollo
  
• Find and verify key decision-makers within target companies
  
• Execute outbound outreach campaigns through cold email and phone calls
  
• Use Smartlead to manage outbound email campaigns
  
• Keep prospect and pipeline data organized and up to date in HubSpot
  
• Track outreach activity, response rates, and lead quality
  
• Collaborate with leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign strategy
  
• Help improve outbound processes and lead generation workflows
  
• Follow up with prospects in a professional and persistent manner
  

Requirements

• Experience in lead generation, sales development, or outbound prospecting (preferably in tech or SaaS)
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with prospects
  
• Experience using or willingness to learn:

• Strong research and organizational skills
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B SaaS outreach
  
• Familiarity with recruiting, HR tech, or hiring-related products
  
• Ability to write effective cold emails
  
• Experience maintaining CRM data and tracking sales activity
  
• Understanding of outbound best practices
