Software Development - Internship

1. Build and ship AI-native features across our sales platform Voice AI, WhatsApp automation, email systems, and analytics
2. Design and run evaluation frameworks (evals) to measure AI output quality, accuracy, and reliability
3. Prototype with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows then harden them for production
4. Collaborate closely with senior engineers, product, and the founding team Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 25th Mar'26 and 10th Apr'26
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. You've actually built AI-powered products or projects (not just tutorials — show us what you shipped)
2. Strong understanding of AI-first development — you know when to use an LLM vs. traditional code
3. Experience with evals: measuring hallucinations, response quality, latency, cost tradeoffs
4. Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models), vector DBs, or RAG pipelines

Bonus: experience with Voice AI, conversational AI, or multi-channel automation
