About Enhance Entertainment Media
Enhance is building India’s first ecosystem-as-a-service platform for live entertainment, connecting brands, artists, and cultural IPs to create scalable live experiences.
We work at the intersection of business strategy, brand partnerships, and live entertainment, helping brands and creators build meaningful cultural experiences.
We’re building a lean, high-performance team, and this role will work directly with the founder.
What You'll Do
• Work closely with the founder on strategic and operational initiatives
• Identify and research potential brand partnerships and revenue opportunities
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and partnership decks
• Track partnership pipelines and manage business development follow-ups
• Support execution of key projects across partnerships, operations, and strategy
Who We're Looking For
• 0–3 years experience (startup / consulting / agency / media preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides
• Interest in media, entertainment, or brand partnerships
