Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Intern at ROAS Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment efforts to attract top talent. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop essential skills in talent acquisition and human resources.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the organization, including marketing, design, development, and business development.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop job descriptions, and create targeted recruitment strategies.
• Utilize online job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels to advertise job openings and attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Assist in maintaining recruitment databases, tracking applicant status, and generating recruitment reports.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a human resources, business administration, or related program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with candidates and team members.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and collaborate across departments.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, such as applicant tracking systems and online sourcing platforms, is a plus but not required.
• Passion for talent acquisition, human resources, and helping to build high-performing teams.
