Squama Marketing is a growing website agency with 30+ active and past clients. We’re transitioning from custom-only services into a scalable, productized website model built around industry-specific templates.

The mission is simple:

Make it easy for businesses to launch professional, high-converting websites quickly without the complexity and cost of full custom builds.

We’re building systems, not one-off projects.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Template UX/UI Designer to join as a founding contributor and help build our first flagship website template systems.

This is a Contributor + Paid role:

You will help design the foundation templates and earn revenue share from every sale of the templates you help create.

As revenue stabilizes, this role has the potential to evolve into a more consistent or full-time position.

The Product Vision
We are creating industry-specific WordPress/Elementor website templates.

First vertical:
Trades & Home Services

We will build 3 modern, conversion-focused templates that are ready to be developed by a WordPress + Elementor developer.

Each template will include:
Home
Services
Single Service Page (Reusable Template)
About
Contact
Photo Gallery

All templates must support:
Branding changes
Image swaps
AI-generated copy insertion
Layout flexibility
Ongoing improvements and iterations

Copy will be generated via structured AI prompts based on a client intake questionnaire.

The goal:
A fast, professional, done-for-you website system.

Your Role
This position has two phases:

Phase 1: Template Creation (1–4 Weeks)
Design 3 Trades/Home Services website templates
Build modular section layouts
Create UI components and design systems
Ensure mobile responsiveness
Structure layouts for easy content swapping
Provide style guide direction for development

Templates must be built with scalability in mind.

Phase 2: Ongoing Fulfillment
When a client selects a template:
Apply brand identity
Insert AI-generated copy
Update imagery
Make minor layout adjustments if needed

Estimated fulfillment time per site:
1–2 hours (goal is to optimize this over time)

You will also:
Suggest improvements
Refine templates
Help evolve the system
Compensation
This is a Contributor + Paid model.

You will receive:
20% of each templated website sale that you fulfill.

Initial template pricing (subject to change):
$800 – 1 Page
$1,000 – 3 Page
$1,200 – 5 Page

Your compensation increases as template pricing increases, since your revenue share is percentage-based.

The goal is to push toward 5–10 templated website sales per month once marketing and sales systems are active.
Time Commitment
Flexible.

The initial template creation phase will require focused effort over 1–4 weeks.

After that, fulfillment work is lightweight and systemized.
