Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Lead/Architect who can operate independently in a client-facing onshore role. The ideal candidate will provide strong technical leadership, drive discussions around roadmap and solution design, and handle production issues during onshore business hours. This role involves close collaboration with both client stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onshore technical point of contact for the client, addressing queries, participating in roadmap discussions, and providing architectural guidance.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues during onshore hours as the sole technical resource on site.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams within the account to ensure smooth technical alignment and integration.
• Contribute to regular development activities and work on development tickets during non-critical hours.
• Provide technical leadership, ensure best practices, and support ongoing solution improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Angular, and Django.
• Solid working knowledge of Azure, Kubernetes, and Jenkins, including deployment and CI/CD processes.
• Excellent communication and client-interaction skills, with the ability to handle discussions independently.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, especially in production environments where quick turnaround is expected.
• Ability to work independently in a high-ownership onshore role.
