Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer with a proven track record of building polished, performant user interfaces at scale.

The ideal candidate combines deep frontend expertise with strong product sensibility — someone who can translate complex requirements into intuitive experiences, obsesses over performance and accessibility, and elevates the team's engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement complex frontend applications with modern frameworks and patterns
• Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces that delight users across devices
• Own the frontend architecture — component systems, state management, data fetching, and caching strategies
• Collaborate closely with designers to implement pixel-perfect UIs while advocating for technical feasibility
• Drive end-to-end delivery of frontend features — from technical scoping through implementation, testing, and production rollout
• Optimize application performance, including bundle size, rendering, and perceived load times
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish frontend best practices across the team
• Evaluate and adopt emerging frontend technologies to keep the stack modern and maintainable

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern React patterns
• Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Production experience with server-side rendering, static generation, and hybrid rendering strategies
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization — Core Web Vitals, lazy loading, code splitting
• Experience with modern styling approaches — CSS-in-JS, utility-first CSS, or CSS modules
• Familiarity with testing strategies — unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Strong eye for design and attention to UI/UX details
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with designers and backend engineers

Preferred Skills

• Experience building and maintaining component libraries or design systems
• Familiarity with animation libraries and micro-interactions
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and assistive technologies
• Experience with monorepos and modern frontend tooling
• Background in integrating AI/LLM-powered features into user interfaces
• Previous work at early-stage startups or experience building products from 0→1
