Fullstack Engineer (Python)

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Backend-focused) to join a highly collaborative technology team. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and innovation, contributing to impactful solutions while helping shape best practices and technical direction.

You’ll work closely with a small, high-performing AI team, with strong visibility and influence across the organization.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in NYC (4 days onsite).

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain scalable Python applications
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
• Write clean, reusable, high-quality code
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Own features end-to-end and mentor other engineers
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices

Required Qualifications

• Strong Python skills (Flask or similar frameworks)
• Strong experience with AWS/cloud
• REST APIs and backend integration experience
• SQL & NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, MongoDB)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
