Remote Sales Contractor - B2B SaaS (Small Base Monthly Retainer + Commission)

Built Correct LLC is a US-based software company (New Jersey) building custom business management platforms for small to mid-sized businesses. We specialize in trades industries (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) but serve any business needing better software (salons, law practices, retail, etc.).

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We're seeking independent sales contractors to help grow our customer base in North America. This is a remote, performance-based role with unlimited earning potential as you build your client portfolio.

COMPENSATION:

Base Retainer:

• $100 USD per month starting after week 1 of training
• Provides stability while you build your book of business

Commission Structure:

• 40% recurring commission on all sales you generate
• Paid monthly on active customers
• Commission grows with your customer base

Realistic Earnings Timeline:

• Months 1 to 3: $200 to $400 per month (ramp-up phase)
• Months 3 to 6: $400 to $700 per month (building momentum)
• Month 6 plus: $1,000 to $2,500 plus per month (established book)
• Top performers can earn significantly more

Pro Option:
Once established, drop the base retainer and increase your commission to 50% (your choice, switch anytime).

THE ROLE:

• Identify and prospect businesses that need better management software
• Demo our platform to decision-makers
• Close deals and maintain customer relationships
• Build long-term recurring revenue stream

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Sales or business development experience (B2B preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated and comfortable with performance-based work
• Available 15 to 25 hours per week minimum
• Own equipment (laptop, reliable internet)
• Willing to complete training before first payment

This is real sales work that requires effort:

• First 2 to 3 months focused on learning and building pipeline
