HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern who wants hands-on exposure to startup HR operations, talent acquisition, and people management. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in HR within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Talent Acquisition & Hiring

• Assist in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
• Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers
• Support onboarding of new hires

🔹 HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist in drafting offer letters, internship letters, and certificates
• Support attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR compliance

🔹 Employee Engagement & Culture

• Help plan employee engagement activities
• Support feedback collection, surveys, and internal communication
• Assist in building HR policies and SOPs

🔹 Learning & Development

• Assist in organizing training sessions and learning initiatives
• Help track intern and employee performance metrics

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA / PGDM / Bachelor’s in HR, Psychology, or Management
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and basic tools
• Interest in startups, SaaS, and people operations

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Prior internship or project experience in HR
• Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing
• Understanding of basic labor laws or HR processes
