About the job

Responsibilities
Data Entry & Management

Enter, update, and maintain marketing-related data in CRM, spreadsheets, and databases
Ensure accuracy and consistency of lead, campaign, and customer information
Perform routine audits to clean and validate marketing datasets

Marketing Support

Assist in compiling and segmenting contact lists for email and digital campaigns
Track campaign performance metrics and update dashboards regularly
Support social media and content teams with data-driven insights
Generate reports for marketing leadership to inform strategy and decision-making

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, impressions, conversions)
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy
Good communication skills for cross-team collaboration
Prior experience in data entry or marketing support is a plus
