This is a unique, high-impact role designed for a motivated, technically skilled, and business-savvy individual eager to dive into the core operations of a high-growth startup.
As a Founders Office Tech Intern, you won't just be coding; you will be embedded directly with the founders, working on the company's most critical, ambiguous, and high-leverage projects. You will act as a technical force multiplier for the leadership team, solving real-world problems that directly impact our business and technology strategy.
This role is perfect for a recent graduate or final-year student ready to take on ownership from day one.

Your responsibilities will span technical execution, data insights, and process automation, prioritizing the company's most pressing needs.
- High-Impact Technical Execution Rapid Prototyping & Tool Development: Quickly design, build, and deploy internal tools, dashboards, and proof-of-concept features that solve immediate operational needs for the Sales, Marketing, or Finance teams.
API & System Integrations: Connect critical third-party services (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms, accounting software) to our core tech stack to ensure seamless data flow and business operations.
Infrastructure Support: Assist the core engineering team with documentation, quality assurance, and deployment processes for key product features.
- Business Intelligence & Data Automation Data Pipeline Development: Implement scripts and automation (primarily in Python) to clean, aggregate, and manage complex datasets from various business sources.
Analytics & Reporting: Work with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or custom-built dashboards to provide founders with real-time business metrics and insights needed for strategic decision-making.
Operational Automation: Identify, scope, and implement automation solutions across non-engineering functions (e.g., automated lead scoring, report generation, or internal communication workflows) to drive efficiency.
- Special Projects & Strategy Market & Technology Research: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, competitor stacks, and potential third-party integrations (e.g., new AI models, cloud services) to inform the company's product and tech strategy.
Process Improvement: Take ownership of optimizing internal workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing simple technological solutions to make the entire company run smoother.

We are seeking final year students or recent graduates who are technically proficient, highly resourceful, and have a bias for action.
Required Skills & Experience:

Attitude: A proactive, "can-do" attitude with proven ability to take ownership of ambiguous tasks and deliver a solution end-to-end.
Bonus Points For:
Prior experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with building simple APIs or integrating with third-party APIs (REST/GraphQL).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).
