Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Junior Software Engineer to join our software design team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 0–3 years of experience. You will assist with software development tasks while learning our codebase, contributing to team projects, and supporting senior developers. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, flexible with changing priorities, and excited to solve problems in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the development team with software design, coding, and testing.
• Learn and understand the company’s codebase, applications, and systems.
• Respond to requests and guidance from senior developers.
• Work on minor bug fixes and improvements.
• Gather user feedback to enhance software functionality.
• Participate actively in team meetings and contribute ideas.
• Monitor technical performance of internal systems and document findings.
• Conduct development tests and maintain accurate reports.
• Continuously learn new technologies and tools relevant to the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with basic programming languages (e.g., C++, JavaScript, HTML5, Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Adaptable and flexible in managing changing tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with initiative and a proactive mindset.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder

Preferred Skills:

• Basic experience with databases and operating systems.
• Knowledge of email systems and Microsoft Office software.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and standards.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
• Awareness of industry best practices and eagerness to stay updated on new technologies.
