Senior Frontend Engineer

Our first stop is the multi-billion dollar feedback market where we are reinventing stodgy numbers like NPS and CSAT into dynamic, human conversations.

About You and This Role

You are a senior-level engineer who can build delightful, reliable, cross-platform dashboards and chat interfaces. You are comfortable being one of the first engineering hires at a fast-paced, dynamic startup. You will work directly with the CTO to design and deploy frontends for key pilot customers.

Core Responsibilities

• Build cross-platform frontends
• Build and support early, AI-first architectures and prototypes for our customers
• Partner with the CTO to balance craftsmanship with schedule
• Select and evaluate appropriate technologies for the frontend

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Flutter or similar cross-platform UI kit
• Expert knowledge of implementing custom components and animations
• Expert knowledge of dynamic, information-rich frontend dashboards and visualizations
• Expert knowledge of integrating with a variety of backends in REST, GraphQL
• Expert knowledge of data binding, subscriptions, and consuming APIs styled after MVC, SQL, and other patterns
• Languages: TypeScript, DART, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Strong commitment to code quality, code review, and unit tests
• Strong ability to style components, applications, and

• Strong esthetics, with follow-through for building polished, world-class UX

• Willingness to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area or Phoenix, AZ

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary of $150,000 - $200,000 per year
• Equity of .5% - 1%, based on experience and salary expectations
