LivKidz is the only destination parents need to engage their kids during after-school hours. We help families discover and book activities, classes, and workshops across sports, hobbies, and learning — with the convenience of both marketplace listings and at-home sessions.
We are currently live in Gurugram and backed by founders with 20+ years of product and startup leadership experience.

What you’ll do

• Bring new supply to the platform and increase selection
• Onboard new instructors, partners, and activity providers onto the LivKidz platform
• Ensure seamless post booking experience, answering queries, resolving issues, ensuring smooth experiences
• Follow up after activities to gather feedback and improve service quality
• Assist with operational planning for events, workshops, and community activations

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of operations, supply management, or customer support experience (internships count)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with good follow-through
• Interest in startups, parenting space, or kids’ activities is a plus
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a small-team, fast-moving environment

Other information

• Gurugram-based candidates (or willing to travel to Gurugram as needed) for supplier engagement and customer support activities
• Role will start as an internship, with an option to convert to full-time position, depending on performance
