We're a venture funded company with a focused product team, backed by a phenomenal group of investors who've afforded us years of runway. We serve $10k - $1mm+ ACV clients with a wonderful Onboarding, Implementation, and CSM team. We're seeking an outstanding Implementation Manager to join our growing team, drive exceptional customer outcomes, and help refine the playbook as we scale implementation at Cubby.

What you’ll do

• Transform Cubby’s existing playbook into a world-class implementation framework
• Crush complex mid-market and enterprise deployments by partnering with clients as an advisor and guiding them toward transformative outcomes on Cubby
• Play a pivotal role in building out an efficient implementation team, from hiring and mentoring to establishing best practices, key metrics and processes that ensure exceptional delivery
• Partner with Cubby CSMs, Sales and Product teams to constantly refine Cubby’s platform

Requirements

• Located in NYC or Salt Lake City and excited about working in-person (3 days a week)
• You have 5+ years of experience in a client facing role
• You are a maniacally organized, “Type-A” project manager who can drive projects to completion, holding both internal and external stakeholders to a timeline.
• You have a proven track record of implementing enterprise level accounts successfully
• You have a thoughtful, informed opinion on what makes great customer experiences
• You are a self-starter. This is a series-A company where you’ll have to wear a lot of hats and help create momentum
