You'll become a core leader responsible for the entire execution of global EdTech AI projects connecting Korea and Singapore. Leading a multinational team composed of AI Developers, Full-Stack Developers, and Instructional Designers, you'll drive the entire process from innovative AI Agent development to Singapore market entry. Based on technical understanding, you'll communicate smoothly with development teams while directly establishing and executing market expansion strategies utilizing local business networks. This is a special opportunity to further develop project management expertise in the global EdTech market by achieving challenging goals of grant project management and new customer acquisition.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Overall Project Management
  • Manage entire EdTech AI Agent development project schedules and achieve milestones
  • Coordinate work distribution and schedules among AI Developers, Full-Stack Developers, and Instructional Designers
  • Manage weekly project status reports and monthly budget execution status
• Global Communication Bridge
  • Coordinate smooth communication between Korea headquarters (Elice) and Singapore local team
  • Regular reporting to grant officers and requirements management
  • Weekly tracking of team productivity metrics and sprint completion rate management
• Singapore Market Expansion
  • Establish and execute Singapore market expansion strategies (lead business development)
  • Update quarterly business development pipeline and discover new leads
  • Discover client companies and secure contracts utilizing local business networks

✅ Requirements

• Must reside in Singapore
• Development experience or Computer Science degree
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Singapore local business network and market understanding
• Project management experience
• Experience in collaboration and coordination with multinational teams
• Ability to enhance work efficiency and optimize performance using AI tools

• Experience managing EdTech or AI projects
• PMP, Agile/Scrum Master certifications
• Business experience with Singapore local companies or government agencies
• Grant project or government project management experience
