Pangia is building the orchestration layer for global internet connectivity.
We are creating the system that makes it easier to work across carriers, vendors, eSIM infrastructure, number systems, provisioning logic, and telecom operations. The goal is to make connectivity more programmable, portable, reliable, and usable.

The Role

We are looking for a Telco / IoT Advisor with real experience in telecom, IoT, connectivity infrastructure, carrier systems, or adjacent sectors.
This role is for people who have been close to how these systems actually get built, deployed, sold, integrated, or operationalised.

We are especially interested in people who can help us think clearly, avoid naive mistakes, unlock practical routes through industry complexity, and connect what is technically possible with what is commercially and operationally real.

What You Might Help With

• advising on architecture and infrastructure direction
• helping navigate carrier and vendor ecosystems
• pressure-testing assumptions around provisioning, commercial structure, and deployment
• making introductions where relevant
• identifying operational or regulatory blind spots
• helping translate telecom reality into pragmatic build decisions

• eSIM, provisioning, or mobile infrastructure
• telecom strategy or systems consulting
• network operations or vendor-side experience
• MVNO, messaging, or mobile systems
