About the Role

Join Dynamic Active, a mission-driven EdTech startup building an AI-powered teacher evaluation and classroom observation software. Dive into real-world software development using back-end, front-end frameworks, and full-stack tools. You’ll actively contribute—not merely observe—gaining practical skills while working closely with our executive leadership in a dynamic, startup-like environment. Your journey will be mentorship-driven, with real project exposure and potential to transition into a paid role based on performance. All participants receive strong references.

What you'll learn and do:

Build and maintain our core platform, handling both front-end and back-end development.

Work closely with our product and design teams to translate concepts into a seamless, user-friendly experience.

Integrate and optimize our core AI system, ensuring it operates smoothly in the background to tailor content for each student.

Take ownership of key features from conception to deployment, including writing robust tests and documentation.

Collaborate in an agile environment, participating in code reviews and contributing to our technical strategy.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.

Proficiency in our core tech stack: React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, C++, C, Tailwind CSS

Strong understanding of modern web development principles and best practices.

Experience with a modern web framework and API design.

A passion for education and a strong desire to build products that make a real difference.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
