Full Stack Developer

🧩 About the Role

Beyondcc is hiring a Backend Developer (Java/Spring Boot) for an early-stage B2B
product that’s transforming how hedge funds, law firms, and bankers manage complex deal
transactions.
You’ll work directly with the founder and technical leadership to build scalable services,
connect backend logic to frontend dashboards, and support document-driven workflows.
This is a dedicated role with daily collaboration, with plenty of room to grow with the
product.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Build and maintain secure, scalable APIs using Java + Spring Boot
• Design and manage data models and queries
• Collaborate with frontend developers to support seamless UI/backend integration
• Participate in daily scrums and work closely with the client’s technical team
• Follow best practices in code quality, documentation, and deployment

✅ Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years of experience in backend development with Java
• Proficient in Spring Boot, Maven, and related Java ecosystem tools
• Solid experience building RESTful APIs and working with MongoDB and relational
• DBs
• Comfortable working with OAuth 2.0, security protocols, and token-based auth
• Able to pick up domain-specific logic and libraries independently
• Clear communicator and dependable contributor in a remote agile team

💡 Bonus (Good to Have)

• Experience with PDF/document workflows, document indexing, or transactional
• systems
• Familiarity with microservices or event-driven architecture
• DevOps basics or experience with CI/CD pipelines
