Role Description

This part-time hybrid role located in Gurugram, with some work-from-home options, is for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across social media platforms. Daily tasks include developing social media strategies, handling social media optimization (SMO), writing posts, engaging with followers, monitoring analytics, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. As a Social Media Manager Intern, you'll be the creative energy behind our digital presence. From telling compelling travel stories and creating viral reels to interviewing spiritual leaders and crafting engaging blog posts — you’ll shape how the world experiences DharmikVibes across platforms.

🌐 Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
Ideate, script, and produce content for Instagram, YouTube, Thread, Quora, blog , witter, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and other video formats with a spiritual and devotional tone
Write captivating blogs and travel stories about temples, rituals, and spiritual journeys
Collaborate with the design/video team to produce stunning visual assets
Podcast & Influencer Engagement:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and promoting podcasts with spiritual leaders, gurus, and religious influencers
Research topics and draft interview questions that resonate with our audience
Platform Management & Engagement:
Schedule and publish content using social media tools
Monitor trends and jump on relevant cultural/religious moments
Engage with followers, reply to comments/messages, and grow community conversations
Analytics & Strategy:
Track performance metrics and help improve content reach and engagement
Share weekly reports and feedback for content improvement

🛕 Desired Skills & Qualities:

Passion for spirituality, Indian temples, religious stories, and cultural content
Experience or strong interest in social media content creation
Good video editing basics (mobile apps or tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, etc.)
Excellent storytelling and writing skills (blogs, captions, scripts)
Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization (a plus)
Open-minded, curious, and respectful of different faiths and beliefs
