As a Customer Success Intern, you will play a critical role in engaging with our users, addressing their needs, and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• User Engagement: Proactively connect with high-quality leads via inbound and outbound calls, and WhatsApp to onboard and guide them through the platform.
• Customer Education: Help users understand product features like contest creation, flexible prize pools, and other benefits using clear explanations and engaging examples.
• Effective Communication: Build meaningful relationships with users by conversing fluently in English and Hindi, or even Hinglish, depending on user preference.
• Support & Guidance: Assist users in navigating the app, signing up, and joining contests to familiarize them with the platform.
• Drive Adoption: Promote Chaquen’s unique features like transparent blockchain operations and more.
• Feedback Collection: Actively listen to user feedback during calls and share insights with the team to improve processes and enhance the overall user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to ensure smooth onboarding and guide users through adding funds and maximizing contest opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Enrollment: College students pursuing any field, with a strong interest in customer success, gaming, or sports.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Empathy & Patience: Ability to understand and address user concerns with a helpful, solution-oriented attitude.
• Gaming Enthusiasm: Passion for fantasy sports, especially cricket or gaming platforms like Dream11, is a plus.
• Adaptability: Quick learner who can grasp new product features and processes efficiently.
• Ethics & Integrity: Strong commitment to ethical and transparent interactions with users.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to thrive in a team environment while taking ownership of individual tasks.
