Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be creating animated websites using modern front-end technologies like React, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with a strong focus on animation and interactive experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop visually stunning, animated user interfaces using React and Next.js
2. Create smooth, performant animations and transitions using GSAP and Framer Motion
3. Collaborate closely with designers to translate UI designs into interactive, animated components
4. Optimize animations for performance across various devices
5. Implement creative visual effects and micro-interactions to enhance user experience
6. Write clean, maintainable code following best practices

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in front-end development with React and Next.js
2. Proficiency in animation libraries like GSAP and Framer Motion
3. Strong skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
4. Experience implementing complex animations and interactive elements
5. Ability to pixel-perfectly replicate and animate UI designs from Figma
6. Knowledge of performance optimization for animations
7. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with Three.js or WebGL for creating 3D animations
2. Familiarity with CSS animations and transitions
3. Knowledge of responsive design for animations across devices
4. Experience with interactive data visualizations
5. Understanding of web accessibility standards for animated content
6. Portfolio showcasing animation and interactive web projects
