We are now seeking a visionary Senior Tech Leader to lead our next phase of technological innovation and shape the future of spiritual experiences with cutting-edge AI, blockchain, and personalization technologies.

Role Overview

You will lead the technology strategy, architecture, and product development while playing a key role in shaping DharmikVibes' future. You will drive innovation in AI-powered recommendations, e-commerce, payment systems, and pilgrimage travel solutions.

Additionally, you will be an equity partner, contributing to both technology leadership and strategic decision-making.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Strategy & Innovation

Define and execute DharmikVibes' technology roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and AI-driven personalization.
Leverage AI, data analytics, and cloud computing to enhance astrology consultations, pooja bookings, and travel experiences.
Integrate blockchain-powered digital payments, NFTs for religious artifacts, and secure user transactions.
Product & Platform Development

Oversee the end-to-end development of web and mobile platforms using Flutter, and Python/Django.
Enhance AI-driven personalization for user recommendations in pilgrimage packages, astrology, and e-commerce.
Optimize secure payment gateways, temple donation systems, and astrology consultation APIs.
Leadership & Team Building

Lead, hire, and mentor a high-performing tech team of engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists.
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to align technology with user experience and growth goals.
Strategic Contributions

Participate in high-level strategic decision-making alongside founders and investors.
Represent DharmikVibes at industry conferences, spiritual forums, and technology summits.

Qualifications & SkillsEssential:

✅ 7+ years of experience in technology leadership (VP of Engineering, or Tech Lead).

✅ Expertise in AI, cloud computing, web & mobile development (Python, Djang, Flutter, AWS).

✅ Proven ability to scale platforms from MVP to millions of users.

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in spirituality and technology.

✅ Strong leadership, collaboration, and decision-making skills.

✅ Willingness to invest financially and commit to long-term growth.

Preferred:

✔ Experience in travel, fintech, or e-commerce platforms.

✔ Knowledge of astrology, pilgrimage logistics, or temple management solutions.

✔ A network of technology partners, investors, or clients in the spiritual & travel industry.
