The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Engineer who can take product ideas from concept to production and build robust, scalable applications that deeply leverage modern AI. We are looking for an engineer who can work across the stack backend systems, frontend experiences, AI agents, tools, workflows, and infrastructure and combine them into reliable product used by real customers. As a core member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical operations of the organization alongside the tech lead, CTO, and the CEO.

The ideal candidate is highly product-minded, technically strong, AI-native, and comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous problems. You should be excited about using the latest AI capabilities while maintaining the engineering discipline required to build production-grade, observable, scalable, and maintainable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in programming / software development.
• Strong experience with Python/JavaScript/TypeScript etc.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production applications.
• Experience building applications using modern LLMs and AI APIs
• Strong understanding of AI harness, agents, tool calling, agent orchestration, retrieval, context management, and LLM application architecture.
• Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, observability, testing, and maintainable software architecture

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

DevOps Skills: Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines and to streamline mobile app deployment and updates.

AWS Knowledge: Proficiency in using AWS services such as S3, ECS, and Lambda for static content management
