The role:
We’re seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is perfect for a driven, goal-oriented individual with a passion for SaaS sales.
Currently, our sales team consists of one Account Executive and one SDR, and all leads are inbound, providing a steady flow of potential clients. With uncapped commissions and a supportive team environment, this is an excellent opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying inbound leads to closing deals.
Conduct product demos and consultative sales calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the SDR to optimize lead handoffs and ensure efficient demo scheduling.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide feedback to the product team based on client insights to support continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM to ensure a well-structured sales pipeline.
Who You Are / Desired Skills:
Experience: Proven track record in SaaS sales, ideally with a focus on inbound leads.
Goal-Oriented: Driven by targets and motivated to exceed expectations.
Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of clients.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple deals at different stages.
Collaborative: A team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment and works well with SDRs and other stakeholders.
Proactive: Takes initiative to identify opportunities and improve processes.
Terms:
Availability: Immediate start.
Contract Type: Full-time
Work Location: NYC (Manhattan). This role can be hybrid, with 2 to 3 days of remote work per week.
