About the Client’s Industry:
This role supports a client specialising in innovative property data solutions for commercial real estate companies. Their platform consolidates property data streams into actionable insights, driving efficiency and informed decision-making through:

AI-driven automation: Simplifying routine tasks for increased productivity.
Advanced analytics: Real-time dashboards providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
Enhanced efficiency: Streamlining operations and boosting bottom-line results.

Key Responsibilities:

*Relationship Building: *Build authentic connections with prospects, professionally representing the client and showcasing their solutions.

Sales Execution: Secure high-quality leads and engage decision-makers through effective cold calling. Schedule and track meetings, ensuring the CRM system is updated.

Client Management: Take ownership of assigned client accounts, ensuring deliverables are met with integrity.

Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely updates to support team collaboration.

Strategy and Performance: Continuously refine sales approaches based on feedback and market insights.

Collaboration: Share ideas and participate in training to enhance skills and stay informed about industry trends.

Key Skills:

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
A passion for cold calling and developing meaningful conversations.
Exceptional communication and organisational skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Weekly:
Make 250 calls to potential leads.
Maintain an average talk time of 1.5–3 minutes per call.
Complete 50 LinkedIn touchpoints.

Monthly:
Book 10+ high-quality meetings, with at least 8 attended.

Commission and Bonus Structure:

R450 per meeting booked and attended (first 10), increasing by R115 for every additional 10 meetings.
Bonuses for consistently maintaining a 75%+ attendance rate and exceeding monthly targets.
