Our Wealth Management Technology Team is dedicated to addressing the unique challenges faced by some of the world’s most prestigious financial institutions. We specialize in delivering innovative solutions for portfolio optimization, seamless platform integration, and scaling capabilities that empower advisors and clients alike. Our recent advancements have redefined client engagement and operational efficiency, driving transformative outcomes in the wealth management sector.
We are looking for a CTO with a strong background in Wealth Management to build and scale a comprehensive technical practice. You will lead the design and implementation of our core review processes, automation roadmap, and checklist management that ensure consistent, high-quality platform assessments and delivery across projects. The Practice Leader will oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and engagement processes to streamline technical reviews and create value across the organization.
We are looking for a leader who can:
Define and execute the technology strategy for wealth management solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry trends.
Lead digital transformation initiatives, modernizing legacy platforms using event-driven architectures and integrating modern technologies like REST APIs, Kafka, and Snowflake.
Build and lead high-performing engineering teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Design and oversee the implementation of wealth management platforms, including portfolio management, financial planning, and client engagement tools.
Leverage emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and data analytics to drive innovation in client offerings.
Present technical roadmaps and project updates to senior executives and stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to achieve business objectives.
Develop and standardize methodologies for platform assessments, automation, and technical quality control.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices for security and data governance.
Implement FinOps strategies to optimize technology costs and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Leadership Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership in technology roles within the wealth management, fintech, or financial services industry.
Technical Expertise:
Advanced experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python.
Expertise in REST-based microservices, Kafka for real-time data streaming, and Snowflake & relational databases.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CISSP) are highly valued.
Innovation Skills: Proven ability to explore and implement new technologies such as AI, machine learning, blockchain, and data analytics.
Startup Experience: Previous experience in high-growth or startup environments with adaptability to scaling demands.
