What you’ll do:
As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Estateably you will design and develop scalable frontend and backend solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables and exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Scrum processes, in system architecture, in debugging, and in mentoring Junior Developers to foster team growth.

What you can expect:

• Design, develop, and enhance both frontend and backend functionalities, ensuring efficient implementation and seamless deployment of features.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, to align with team goals and project timelines.
• Perform rigorous unit and integration testing to ensure deliverables meet functional and performance standards.
• Architect and build systems optimized for high performance, reliability, and scalability, addressing current and future business needs.
• Investigate and resolve production issues promptly, applying robust solutions to minimize downtime and maintain service quality.
• Partner with QA, product, and design teams to deliver a cohesive and high-standard customer experience.
• Contribute to the design and development of new features at a high architectural level, considering scalability and maintainability.
• Support Junior Developers through onboarding, training, and guidance, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the team.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Willingness and ability to learn fast
• High work ethic and results-oriented
• High sense of accountability and ownership

Required technical skillset:

• Programming Languages & Frameworks: JavaScript & TypeScript, NodeJs / Express / NestJs, HTML / CSS / SCSS, React, Python
• Asynchronous Programming & State Management: Async/await / Promise, Machine state, Buffer, Distributed Jobs / Job Queue
• API & Web Development: OpenAPI / JSON, API / CRUD, Axios
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Unit, integration, e2e tests (Mocha / Jest / Cypress / Playwright)
• Databases: NoSQL Database (Preferably MongoDB), Redis
• Build & Package Management Tools: npm, yarn, pnpm, Webpack, Babel, Vite
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Docker / Containers, Process modeling, implementation, and execution (Workflow), iPaaS - Prismatic
• Specialized Technologies: Blockchain (Hyperledger), Dagster
• Design Patterns & Best Practices: Component abstractions and isolation, Translation i18n
