Job Description
As an Operations Executive at OkayGo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of their on-demand staffing operations. You will be responsible for overseeing various operational processes, managing teams of gig workers, and driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-demand Staffing Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including matching task requirements with qualified gig workers, scheduling shifts, and ensuring timely task completion.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate teams of gig workers, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Customer Support: Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for both businesses and gig workers.
- Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in matching algorithms and task fulfillment.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the staffing or gig economy industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
