Network Senior Blockchain Developer

We are looking for engineers who are looking for a place that will challenge them. We expect you to be able to turn around a medium-hard-level ticket in a few days, scope appropriately, have tight review cycles, and ship.

CORE

• Design and build Human L1 and blockchain architecture using Go
• Develop and manage well-functioning decentralized databases
• Write technical documentation
• Shape the foundations of the product and blockchain architecture
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, fast shipping, and quick learning

ESSENTIAL

• Proven track record (4+ years) as a Senior Backend Engineer
• Extensive experience (4+ years) in blockchain development
• Deep & low-level professional knowledge of Go, with 3+ years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of computer science fundamentals, TCP/IP, distributed systems, low-level networking, system design, and memory management
• Basic knowledge of cryptography & algorithms such as Merkle Trees and Hash Tables
• Familiarity & experience with Geth and Tendermint
• Experience with cloud services: AWS, Azure, GCloud, or Heroku
• Basic or deep understanding of different blockchains and consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, PoA, etc)
• Comfortable with ambiguity and R&D environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

NICE TO HAVE

• Knowledge and 3+ years of professional experience with Rust, C++, Python, or Java
• Experience as a user in crypto and basic DeFi protocols like Uniswap
• Basic experience with smart contract development
• Contributions to open-source projects or blockchain protocols
• Experience with high-throughput, scalable blockchain networks
• Familiarity with decentralized identity solutions and standards (e.g., W3C Verifiable Credentials, DIDs)
