Network Blockchain Architect

• Design and implement cutting-edge blockchain architecture for a decentralized identity platform
• Lead the selection and integration of blockchain protocols, consensus mechanism, and smart contract frameworks
• Drive the technical roadmap and strategic direction of the protocol
• Architect seamless integrations between the blockchain platform and other components
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, and security to industry-leading standards
• Anticipate and mitigate potential security threats and misuse scenarios
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the open-source community

ESSENTIAL

• Proven track record (5+ years) in blockchain development
• Extensive experience (3+ years) in blockchain architecture design and implementation
• Track record of successful open-source contributions or thought leadership in the blockchain space
• Demonstrated ability to architect high-performance, scalable blockchain solutions
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex, ambiguous technical challenges
• Advanced knowledge of cryptography, distributed systems, and low-level networking
• Strong background in system design, API development, and microservices architecture
• Extensive experience with web3 technologies, infrastructure, and tooling
• Deep expertise in blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana) and dApp development
• Mastery of smart contract development and security best practices
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with high-throughput, scalable blockchain networks
• Experience developing decentralized identity verification solutions
• Familiarity with W3C Verifiable Credentials and Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs)
• Expertise in DevOps practices and CI/CD implementation for blockchain projects
• Proficiency with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCloud) and containerization technologies
• Contributions to blockchain standards or protocols
• Experience leading and mentoring high-performing technical teams
