Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented full stack developer to join our team at BTST. This internship opportunity is perfect for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders, develop technical skills and gain exposure to modern web development technologies, collaborate with experienced engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Node.js, Express, React, and Postgres.
• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Develop efficient and reusable code while following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and Postgres.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Additional Skills (preferred but not required):

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and tools.
