Senior Azure Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
 Design and develop robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration
and orchestration.
 Implement and manage scalable data solutions on Azure Databricks for ETL processes and
analytics workloads.
 Optimize and manage data storage solutions using Azure Blob Storage, ensuring efficient
storage and retrieval of large datasets.
 Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, providing insights and data
visualizations for business stakeholders.
 Collaborate with data architects and business teams to define data requirements and translate
them into technical solutions.
 Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry best practices and company
standards.
 Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and workflows to ensure optimal performance.
 Stay updated with the latest advancements in Azure data services and suggest improvements to
the existing data architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 5 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on Azure services.
 Proven experience in Azure Data Factory for data orchestration and transformation.
 Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for data processing, ETL pipelines, and analytics.
 Strong understanding of Azure Blob Storage for scalable data storage and management.
 Proficiency in building and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
 Knowledge of Python and PySpark for data transformations and processing.
 Experience with SQL for querying databases and performing data analysis.
 Familiarity with Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure SQL is a plus.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
 Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
 Certification in Azure Data Engineering or related Azure technologies is a plus.
