We’re looking for a dynamic, driven Chief of Staff to partner with our Founder & CEO and help build the future of mental health. What You’ll Do
Be the CEO’s Right Hand
Partner directly with the CEO to drive priorities, manage projects, and execute strategic initiatives.
Act as a gatekeeper and sounding board, ensuring the CEO’s time is focused on what matters most.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead and Organize Projects
Oversee high-impact initiatives from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and operations, then take ownership of making them happen.
Collaborate across teams to solve problems, align efforts, and keep everyone on track.
Drive Strategic Execution
Help define company priorities and keep the team focused on achieving them.
Track key metrics and performance indicators, providing regular updates to leadership.
Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, investor updates, and other high-level presentations.
Be the Go-To Problem Solver
Handle challenges big and small, stepping in wherever support is needed.
Build relationships with team members, partners, and collaborators to foster a culture of trust and accountability.
Act as a liaison between departments to streamline communication and decision-making.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, startups, operations, or similar).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering results.
A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Venice Beach, CA.
