CA Office Manager/Executive Administrator

Bay Area (Onsite/remote)

Hybrid Role (3-4 days per week)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the Company's US headquarters office-related activities
  • Manage office logistics needed for all activities in US Headquarters, such as coordinating complex scheduling, team meetings, and events, both internally and offsite
  • Manage scheduling for executives, including agendas, travel arrangements, and other company logistics
  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met, and organizational goals are achieved.
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and teams, providing proactive support to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
  • Keeping incoming and outgoing correspondence and taking care of the proper circulation of documentation
  • Support company-level initiatives and projects to drive efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Being proactive and anticipating needs and requests even before they are asked, assisting with organizing meetings, social events, and other employee activities to increase employee engagement and morale

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2-3 years experience in administrative roles reporting directly to executive management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in G Suite/Google Workspaces and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • A strong team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
  • A self-starter, with a strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented and ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Working on-site 3 days a week is required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary Range: Base Salary Range $65,000 - $80,000+ Stock Equity

Our posted salary range is done so in good faith based on national data and may be refined for a candidate's region/town/cost of living. We strive to make competitive offers allowing employees room for future growth. Salaries will be based on the applicant’s location, level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate, the amount we have budgeted internally, and internal equity within the company for the same position.
